This person will be part of a group of five people. Each Group will consist of two conservative leaning people, two liberal leaning people, and one person who doesn't care about politics but wants to see the job done. It will be the reviewer's job to determine if the issue being discussed is controversial to them. The hope is to find as many non offensive issues as possible.
This person will be the moderator for the group and will be responsible for updating the issue as too controversial or belongs in the inbox. His role will be to make nothing controversial gets into the legislative inbox.
